Warranty CoverageMoritz Motors is committed to providing high-quality motorized solutions. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for the following durations:

Motors: 5-year warranty.

Accessories (including remote controls, receivers, and non-motorized components): 3-year warranty.

Battery-Operated Motors: 5-year warranty on the motor, with a separate 2-year warranty on the battery component.

Warranty Terms & Conditions This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of Moritz Motors products and is non-transferable. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage resulting from:

Improper installation, handling, or maintenance.

Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse.

Exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight beyond normal use.

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.

Normal wear and tear, including battery degradation over time.

Warranty ClaimsTo initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Moritz Motors customer support. A warranty form will need to be completed and submitted along with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. Claims can be submitted through an authorized Moritz Motors dealer or directly via our customer service portal.

If a defect is confirmed under warranty, Moritz Motors will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no cost. Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished and will carry the remainder of the original warranty period.

Limitations of LiabilityMoritz Motors is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as outlined in this warranty.
